MERCED, CA (September 14th, 2019) — Supreme Boats is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Indelicato as its new Production Manager. Previously Supreme’s Product Development and Engineer Manager, Daniel has his bachelor’s degree in mass communication design and started at Supreme four years ago as a Research and Development Technician. Over the past four years Daniel has been one of the most valuable members of the factory team making him an excellent choice for the position of Production Manager.
In his new position, Daniel will oversee the boat production process from start to finish. He’ll supervise all production personal and manage key aspects of the production process with the goal of optimizing cost efficiency. Most importantly Daniel will ensure that boats are up to quality standards in each phase of the production process. In addition, he’ll also be focusing on higher-level initiatives including several cost reduction and improvement projects as well as helping to compile and execute corporate strategy with the leadership team.
Daniel’s communication background is a favorable strength that he brings to the job, with the scale of the boat production process it’s important to effectively work with each part of the team in a way that best maximizes results. Daniel looks to foster an open and connected environment where each part of the team is well informed and well heard. When asked about his vision for the brand Daniel focused on quality noting that ultimately quality is more important than quantity. Quantity will come if the quality is there. Daniel doesn’t see the factory producing the most boats, but rather producing the highest performing boats.
When asked about his thoughts on the new position, Daniel stated, “I appreciate the opportunity to work with a great group of individuals on our production floor. Here at Centurion and Supreme our supervisors and line workers take pride in their work and focus on building quality products. I look forward to leading them into a new chapter in our growing success as a company.”
Paul Singer, President of Centurion and Supreme Boats had this to say, “Daniel’s plant wide respect, competence and character made him an obvious choice to fill the CS role of Production Manager.
