(February 13, 2025) Miami, FL — Supreme Boats has proven their commitment to customer satisfaction, as they have been awarded the NMMA CSI Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award for the seventh year in a row at the 2025 Miami Boat Show. Supreme Boats is one of only ten towboat manufacturers honored with this prestigious award. The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers.

63 award recipients in 12 categories achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1 and December 31, 2024. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. The program surveyed over 275,000 customers.
