Supreme Boats Maintains Excellence in Customer Satisfaction
(February 12, 2025) Miami, FL — Supreme Boats continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience, earning the NMMA CSI Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award for the sixth consecutive year at the 2026 Miami Boat Show. Supreme is one of a handful of towboat manufacturers to receive this recognition, reinforcing the brand’s ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.
Amy Mauzy, Vice President of Marketing & Brand Direction, and Andy DiFalco, Customer Service Manager, attended the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show® NMMA Industry Breakfast to accept the award.
“This recognition represents far more than a trophy. It reflects the collective effort behind our product development, manufacturing, customer service, sales, and marketing teams,” said Amy Mauzy. “We’re incredibly proud to have achieved such a strong result this year.”
The Marine Industry CSI Awards recognize boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and continually strive to improve the overall ownership experience.
Recipients of the award achieved an independently measured customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher during the past program year. Supreme Boats ended 2025 with a 96% satisfaction rating. Results are based on feedback from customers who purchased a new boat or engine between January 1 and December 31, 2025. Participating manufacturers are required to survey all new buyers during this period, with more than 275,000 customers contributing to the program overall.
“This award is very important to the entire team. The team has worked very hard over the past few years to get the quality of the Supreme boat line and customer service up to where it needs to be. We feel with customers choosing our boats they deserve the best quality and customer service possible,” says Andy.
