NMMA Recognizes Supreme Boats with Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index Award
Supreme Boats honored for putting customers first.
Miami, FL (February 14, 2020) – Today Supreme Boats was awarded the 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). Awards recipients were acknowledged Friday, February 14th during the Innovation Breakfast at the 2020 Progressive® Insurance Miami International Boat Show®, presented by West Marine. This is the first time Supreme has received this award, the company is one of just nine in its segment to receive the prestigious honor.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. For this reporting period, the program surveyed 158,335 customers.
In reference to the honors Amy Mauzy, VP of Sales and Marketing at Supreme Boats Stated, “We are honored to receive this distinction for Supreme Boats for the first time, but the real reward is every Supreme boat owner who’s lives we have the opportunity to make better.
