Supreme Boats Earns NMMA Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award

Miami, FL (February 15, 2024) — As a Correct Craft Company, Supreme Boats is committed to customer satisfaction. As a result, they have been awarded the NMMA CSI Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award at this year’s Miami Boat Show.
Supreme Boats was awarded the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). It says a lot about a company that receives high marks in customer satisfaction these days, when expectations are at an all-time high.

Supreme is one of just eight brands in its category to receive this prestigious award. The Marine Industry CSI Award honors boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. The 62 award recipients in 12 categories achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1 and December 31, 2023. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period. The program surveyed over 175,000 customers. Upon receipt of the award at the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show® NMMA Industry breakfast, Andy Di Falco, Customer Service Director at Centurion & Supreme Boats, said: “As a Correct Craft company, making life better is our why. The incredible family building the Supreme brand lives this by creating an excellent customer experience.”
