“When HO Sports created the ‘ski board’ in 1991, they came to the outdoor store where I worked to show us their new toy. I learned how to ride a wake board that day and purchased my first board immediately. Since then, I’ve competed in amateur wake board tournaments advancing to the highest level,” said Adams. “These days I really enjoy teaching wakeboard tricks to both kids and adults. It just makes your lake time with family so much fun.”

Wake surfing is a newer sport than wakeboarding but is gaining fast in popularity. People of all ages enjoy the fun of surfing but also appreciate the gentler falls at slower speeds.

“The large push of the sweet spot for surfing is what everyone is after,” says Adams. “Supreme Boats have a huge wave with exceptional push giving the rider a ton of room to surf. On other boats you can only surf right behind the boat in a small area of 7-10 feet.”
